SpainExchange delivers results oriented training programs, and incorporates a component to turn new learning into action. To that end, training participants are guided through the development of action plans for the implementation of changes upon the participants return to their daily business activities. During the action planning session, participants are instructed to set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Applicable, Realistic, and Time activated) and develop strategies to accomplish them. Likewise participants learn to identify the human and material resources needed to accomplish their goals.
