SCALEUP: How to Successfully Manage Growth is a program offered completely online at IE. Over the course of five weeks, students will learn management strategies to successfully direct growth in their businesses. The program is structured to help students evaluate the current status of their businesses before while identifying consumer markets. The second half of this program studies how to execute strategies through an analysis of organizational operations and culture. Students in this program are typically business owners and managers.
