To qualify for admission into the Master of Arts degree program in Organizational Leadership students must possess at least a bachelor degree in the same or related field, with a 2.5 grade point average or better in all required coursework.  In most cases they will also need to submit 2-3 letters of recommendation and or pass an entrance examination prior to being considered for admission.
