Do all Georgia Tech dorms have AC?

Our campus features three housing styles: traditional, apartment, and suite. Each of our buildings include air-conditioned rooms, lounge areas, and study spaces.

How do dorms work at Georgia Tech?

All traditional and most suite style beds are designated first-year beds and only released after new first-year and new transfer students are assigned. In addition, Housing and Residence Life reserves some beds for new transfer and new grad students.
