Are cadets ranked higher than enlisted?

Most don't know that cadets from all U.S. service branches rank below a warrant officer ( WO-1) & above ALL enlisted ranks. During wartime, senior cadets can be pulled in times of dire emergency & serve directly in fact as an officer.
