The Final Milestone is offered after you complete all the Challenges and Milestones. One-unit courses and some other courses may not have a Final Milestone.

Can you complete a Sophia course in a day?

It depends on the course and your prior knowledge. Some Sophia classes take just a single 8-10 hour day, assuming minimal breaks and some basic knowledge.
