I'd say Tufts is a pretty competitive school. Their acceptance rate is pretty low at ~14%, which is comparable to lower tier Ivy Leagues. Would you consider an education at Tufts to be as rigorous as, say, an Ivy League school or Oxbridge? There are, and will only every be, eight Ivy League schools.
